Just a quick one to mention that my mom came for a visit last night! She decided to come up and treat me to a belated birthday feast. Dinner at Liluma followed by ice cream at Coffee Cartel. We had a blast cause my momma is nice. The picture in the sidebar is of my mom and I.
I even made it a point to get up early and fetch breakfast while she was in the shower. She and I went shopping before she had to head home. Mom also cleaned my apartment while I was on the phone this morning… Thanks, Mom! 
P.S. The bacon and egg souffles from St Louis Bread Co are A-OK.

Mmmm, that looks so good! I think I’m going to have to try it. That was so sweet of you to surprise your mother with breakfast!
